The ants had many ideas. Each ant thought its idea was the best. "We could build bigger homes!" said one ant.
"That will not work! Flora will just tear them up with those clumsy claws," said another.
"No!" a fierce army ant exclaimed. "What we need is action! We must capture Flora. That is the only way!"
The ants worked themselves into a frenzy, bumping into each other and speaking at the same time.
"Marvelous idea."
"It was my idea first!"
"No, no. It was I! I am a genius!"
"Silence!" bellowed the queen. There was anger flashing in the queen’s eyes. "It is my idea, and I do think it is a magnificent one."
The army ant simply frowned. He knew better than to challenge the queen.
